Battery Technology Source (BTS) is a specialized supplier of lead-acid battery manufacturing equipment and components. With more than 30 years of experience in over 20 countries, among our customers are some of the leading automotive and industrial battery makers.

Our product range includes grid casting equipment; fully automated motorcycle, car and industrial battery COS and assembly lines; filling and leveling machines; charging and formation systems; testing devices for QA and laboratory use; packaging and labeling systems, etc. Through our partners, we also supply all kinds of molds, components (e.g. separator), and consumables (e.g. COS mold release agent).

BTS machines are designed, developed and built by our engineering team in Taichung, Taiwan. Most of them are custom-made, in close cooperation with our customers, using first-class components so that we can of-fer up to 3 years warranty on specific parts. Our staff is always available to solve any issues that may arise and guide our customers during and after installation, anywhere in the world.

Always on the cutting edge, we use 4.0 industry solutions to enhance automation and product tracking. Be-ginning this year, our most advanced assembly lines will be the first to include state-of-the-art, 5G enabled components for improved remote technical support and problem-shooting in the post-pandemic era.
