  • We continue to expand our technology and service capacity from plants in the U.S.A. and Austria as well as a strategic supply agreement with global manufacturers.
  • Our Piney Flats, Tennessee plant in the U.S.A. produces rubber, polyethylene (PE), and rubber-PE hybrid separators in sheets and rolls.
  • We recently added a second PE separator line for automotive and industrial markets.
  • This plant is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
  • In 2018 we began producing CellForce® ULR™ at our US facility, to address the need for low energy resistance separators for EFB applications.

At our Feistritz, Austria plant we produce PE and PE-rubber hybrid separators in sheets and rolls.

  • This plant has been recognized as the most environmentally friendly facility of its kind.
  • It is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 140001:2015 certified.
  • In 2016, we added a third line to meet the growing demand for DuroForce® (PE) and CellForce® (hybrid) separators.
  • Recently, Microporous began operating an environmentally friendly biomass power generation capability at the Feistritz plant.
