Currently a researcher at the Hydrogen Center of Parque Tecnológico Itaipu Foundation - Brazil (FPTI-BR) working on projects involving energy storage, particularly batteries and hydrogen. He has a master's degree (2015) in Chemistry from the Federal University of São Carlos. Graduated in Chemistry (2009) from the State University of Western Paraná. He has professional experience with electrochemical systems, in physical chemistry, in methods of characterization of material, and cells and batteries of nickel-sodium, nickel-cadmium and lithium-ion (NMC). The most recent activities involve electrochemical tests on cells and alkaline electrolyzers to evaluate performance in addition to degradation and aging studies with a focus on the use of second-life batteries (B2U).
