Production Engineer, graduated from the University of West Santa Catarina (UNOESC). Completed an MBA in Business Administration from FGV. Certified Lean and Black Belt (Gemba Group). Since 2019, she has been acting as the Director of Production and Operations, responsible for leading the departments of automotive and AGM battery production, maintenance, quality, process engineering, procurement, production planning and control, internal logistics, and shipping.
